About us

Established since 2004 in Planguenoual, on a site of preserved biodiversity open to the winds of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, Herbarius was born in the hands of Florence Goulley. Guardian of this place since its creation, she has transformed 3 hectares of intensive farmland into a place of ecological balance moving towards food self-sufficiency. Through her many areas of expertise, Florence takes us on a journey to discover numerous medicinal plants and edible flowers, rare vegetables and fruits. Throughout the visit of this garden, you will travel through time — every plant is a symbol and holds a special meaning in medieval medicine.
